Big news: Ethan McKinney has joined Protech Solutions as VP of Business Development and Corporate Strategy.

Ethan brings something we value deeply at Protech: real perspective from inside the system.

He’s been a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, a county Child Support Director, and a national leader helping agencies modernize IV-D systems in ways that actually work in the real world. He’s also a nationally recognized voice in the field and currently serves as President-Elect of the NCSEA Board of Directors.

At Protech, he’ll help us think bigger—and smarter—about where the child support ecosystem is headed, and how we partner with state, local, and tribal programs to get there.
