Are you looking to make an impact in people’s lives?  We are looking for someone like you to join our growing team that provides operations and maintenance of a state government social services system.

As a project coordinator, you’ll be supporting the project manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting onsite in our client’s Columbia, SC location.

This is a client facing position, and the right candidate will be both detail oriented and a people person.

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

  • Leading or managing a technical team
  • Creating and maintaining a project schedule using Microsoft Project
  • Facilitating virtual/live meetings
  • Taking meeting notes
  • Gathering data
  • Creating and maintaining project reports
  • Monitoring service level agreements
  • Performing quality reviews on project documents and artifacts

Job Responsibilities for the project coordinator will include:

  • Facilitating project meetings
  • Creating meeting notes
  • Updating and maintaining the project schedule using MS Project
  • Gathering data for reports
  • Monitoring and tracking activity related to service level agreements
  • Reviewing project plans and project deliverables
  • Reviewing and maintaining project plans and deliverables
  • Acting as backup to Project Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist

Skills we are looking for:

  • Microsoft Excel, with complex formulas, pivot tables/charts
  • Microsoft Project, including schedule variance and resource allocation
  • Business Writing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, OneNote
  • Azure Dev Ops or Team Foundation Services
  • Project management processes
  • Familiarity with PMBOK©
  • Knowledge of basic SQL commands
  • Team player
  • Adaptive and flexible, eager to contribute
