Position Description:

The Data Analytics and Reporting Manager is responsible for delivering data analytics functionality directly sourced from the Modernized System, including, but not limited to, dynamic, static, and ad hoc operational reporting and dashboard capabilities. This position will work closely with the Client’s Data Analytics and Reporting Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in software development on a large, complex automated systems development project similar in size and scope to a Statewide Child Support and TANF System.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems analysis and design with an emphasis on data analytics and reporting.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience working directly with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and define business and reporting requirements.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience developing reporting design specifications, data mapping documentation, and related reporting artifacts based on documented requirements.

Recommended Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Data Analytics and Reporting certification.
• In-depth understanding of Child Support Program objectives and requirements, including federal rules and regulations governing the Child Support Program, federal performance reporting requirements, data reliability audits, and system certification requirements.
