New Jersey residents often faced significant challenges when accessing assistance programs such as SNAP, TANF, & General Assistance (GA). The traditional application processes can be cumbersome, leading to delays in support for eligible individuals. Additionally, maintaining program integrity and ensuring that benefits are accurately distributed posed further complexities for program administrators.
To address these issues, Protech Solutions, Inc. developed two integrated applications: MyNJHelps and ONETrac. MyNJHelps empowers residents by simplifying access to assistance programs, while ONETrac ensures program integrity & efficient case management for SNAP and TANF. These programs have transformed the landscape of assistance programs in New Jersey, serving over 400,000 households and ensuring they receive the critical support they deserve—efficiently and with integrity.
