In Washoe County, Protech Solutions partnered with various organizations, including Catholic Charities, local homeless shelters, peer recovery groups, and the sheriff’s office, to enhance service delivery for shared clients. This collaboration facilitated a robust information-sharing system that enabled these agencies to track outcomes more effectively and address the needs of vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness and seeking recovery.

By streamlining communication and case management, we helped reduce redundancies and improve the overall efficiency of service delivery.
