Good Grid is a social impact initiative of Protech Solutions & builds collaborative case management systems for service providers and organizations which empower them to more effectively assist their clients on their path to success. Good Grid is seeking a team member who is creative, bright, detail-oriented and a critical thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for a personality fit – someone who is empathetic & passionate about working to make a difference in the world.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Consulting with non-profits, government agencies, and other organizations to optimize their operations through the use of Good Grid, so they must be:

o able to represent the Good Grid in a professional way & be responsible, follow up on actions, make sure that we as a team are not dropping the ball.
o able to clearly communicate (both verbal & written)
o able to create documentation for process flows, use cases, and training manuals

• Communicating with our U.S based and international team to explain flows, mockup new screens for new features or changes if needed, so they must be:
o able to attend early morning or late night meetings
o excellent at creating mockups (or ready and willing to roll up their sleeves and learn new tools – we are happy to teach those that are motivated)
o someone who appreciates good user interfaces (ie someone who would be able to look at an app that’s not user friendly and an app that is user friendly and communicate why)

• Organizing and following through on project requirements, so they must:o manage project plans and timelines, while coordinating with other team members who are responsible for tasks,
o communicate stakeholder requests and determine priority levels for reported issues or new requirements,
o assess project risks or impact and provide solutions where applicable, and
o ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

• Many other on-the-fly tasks, so they must be:

o flexible – this is more of a personality trait, but we are looking for someone who can jump in wherever they are needed and pick up more tasks rather than someone who is limited to the role they think they fit in.
o a fast learner – someone who says “I can learn that and get this task done” vs someone who says “I don’t know how to do that so I’m not going to try”. We are looking for people who grow and push themselves out of their comfort zone.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fully computer literate, specifically in MS Office products – we can teach the rest
