Location: Little Rock, Ark Good Grid is a social impact initiative of Protech Solutions & builds collaborative case management systems for service providers and organizations which empower them to more effectively assist their clients on their path to success. Good Grid is seeking a team member who is creative, bright, detail-oriented and a critical thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for a personality fit – someone who is empathetic & passionate about working to make a difference in the world. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for: • Consulting with non-profits, government agencies, and other organizations to optimize their operations through the use of Good Grid, so they must be: o able to represent the Good Grid in a professional way & be responsible, follow up on actions, make sure that we as a team are not dropping the ball. • Communicating with our U.S based and international team to explain flows, mockup new screens for new features or changes if needed, so they must be: • Organizing and following through on project requirements, so they must:o manage project plans and timelines, while coordinating with other team members who are responsible for tasks, • Many other on-the-fly tasks, so they must be: o flexible – this is more of a personality trait, but we are looking for someone who can jump in wherever they are needed and pick up more tasks rather than someone who is limited to the role they think they fit in.
