Position: BA/Tester

We are looking for highly motivated and result driven individuals to join our Functional team on a multiyear Software Development Contract in Columbia SC.

Strong candidates will have:
• 2 years of business analysis and software testing experience
• Experience with Visual Studio Code, Team Foundation Services/Azure DevOps, Microsoft Test Manager, SQL, Web Services Interfaces, Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
• Knowledge of Test Automation Tools, CA Tool, XLM, Batch Processing, and Test File creation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Child support experience

Responsibilities include:
• Assist in requirements gathering and system design.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Prepare requirements documents such as use cases, workflows, functional design documents, etc.
• Work with Help Desk to resolve user tickets as required.
• Create or modify use cases based on business requirements and processes.
• Create Test data and Test files
• Execute integrated, regression, and user acceptance test cases and analyze results (manual and automated testing)
• Report defects
• Complete tasks within project schedule
